8 Christmas songs for easy piano
These arrangements were written for my little ones - those young students for whom Advent begins with the final school term and who simply must have a new Christmas song each week. The joy for me is in seeing how diligently these children practice their Christmas song through the week (as compared with some of their other pieces!) and the pride on their little faces as they present their perfectly prepared carol and declare themselves ready for the next one please!
The hand positions, as shown in the graphic on top of each page, are all within a five finger range, with the thumbs occasionally sharing a note. Any movement outside of this range during the course of the song is shown by a circle surrounding the finger number to remind the student that something different is happening here.
